It is spot on to say that if the FDA won’t change it’s ways and allow patients to try promising new drugs, patients will break the law to get access. I know several people who go to other countries to get access to drugs that have been used with success in that country, but the FDA will not approve it for use here until it undergoes it’s arbitrary and outdated clinical trial design. They bring the drugs back to the USA illegally and use them here. And I don’t blame them one bit. The FDA will change or they will be ignored.
