The Fiercely Competitive Mobile OS & Device Markets

This ChangeWave consumer survey doesn’t include market share numbers, but does convey just how fierce competition has become between the five leading mobile operating systems and among top device manufacturers. The best chart is this one, which shows just how rapidly Google’s android operating system is “disrupting” the market:

Here’s the chart Adam refers to below, which is primarily intended to show average prices for apps for various operating systems, but which also includes the total number of apps available for each operating system in parentheses underneath the bars.

Marry that second chart there with this chart here and you have a very powerful story about mobile OS & app competition.

And this doesn't even get into the sheer diversity of apps offered in their online stores, which is truly breathtaking.

As I seen the 1st chart, google Android had done a pretty good job. even blackberry RIM OS is not so bad at all. Moreover you had make a nice research on Mobile OS and Device markets. Keep it up.
