While I greatly respect your work, &quot;balderdash&quot; and &quot;crock&quot; are not learned arguments.  Ad hominem, yes.  Arguments, no.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Transparency has a place.  And, sometimes it doesn&#039;t.  In the homeland security space, there should be some &quot;weighting&quot; of interests to properly balance the needs of transparency v. the need for us to remain secure as a result of the contract.&lt;/p&gt;
