		<description>&lt;p&gt;This is argument by sound-byte, not reason.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Definition is the first step to a lot of things: reason, thought, contracts, interoperating protocols.  Maybe taxation, too, but also limitations on government behavior.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Ambiguity, on the other hand, is the tool of demagogues.  But then again, so are terms like &quot;cyber-libertarian&quot; and &quot;infrastructure socialism&quot;, so I guess you&#039;re comfortable with that.&lt;/p&gt;
