		<description>&lt;p&gt;Great article... I&#039;m astounded by all these self-described technology experts and their constant suggestions that we open the mobile spectrum to all. They seem to lack the knowledge (or forget) that they are radios communicating with towers and slices of spectrum (and slices of frequency) owned and managed by the individual wireless carriers. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;History has shown that the FCC will continue to slice up the radio spectrum pie. Cellular was introduced as 2 slices, A and B side. Then PCS added 6 more. And so on...&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Opening it up to all would be great for neutrality, but will force us all to buy new radios and that&#039;s not good for anyone.&lt;/p&gt;
