Oswald is Walt Disney&#039;s earlier creation that he then lost to a rival studio and TWDC recently traded the rights for with NBC for a sports announcer. Wikipedia believes some of the earlier shorts are in the public domain. Would the same limits you talk about for Steamboat Mickey apply to Oswald and Vica Versa?&lt;/p&gt;
