They&#039;ve clearly proven they CAN reasonably police their ads for certain things, because they currently do so. I don&#039;t know how they can have their cake and eat it too.&lt;/p&gt;

I know of no US Attorney General that has used their position to aspire to higher office. The best thing that the states could do here would be to take away the election of the AG.&lt;/p&gt;
