That could include many things, of course: cyberbullying, online defamation, harassment, privacy concerns, pornography, etc.&quot;  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Why should anyone be liable for it?  Why should it be policed?  Most users really don&#039;t care or are unaffected by it.  Is this really a public policy issue?&lt;/p&gt;
