As a CTO myself, I'm pleased to hear this and agree the fed needs this position filled with someone capable. I fully agree with the article that the fed remains years, perhaps decades, behind many other parts of the world technologically. I applaud the idea of a Chief Transparency Officer. The more transparency the better!! I hope that's the intent.
