		<description>&lt;p&gt;Like most technologists, I think Obama/Biden will do less harm to the tech business than McCain/Palin. In the unlikely event that McCain were to win the election, he would be deeply indebted to social conservatives, the most un-libertarian constituency in America, the group most eager to use the power of government to impose its vision of morality in the nation through restrictions on speech and content. The Christian Coalition favors net neutrality regulations and increased censorship of TV, radio, movies, and video games. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;And I agree that it&#039;s hard to imagine an FCC chair who&#039;s more of an activist regulator than Kevin Martin. And indeed, the M2Z giveaway is an enormous scandal.&lt;/p&gt;
