Adam Thierer is a senior research fellow at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University. He previously served as President of The Progress & Freedom Foundation, as Director of Telecommunications Studies at the Cato Institute, and as a Fellow in Economic Policy at the Heritage Foundation.     I don’t think there is such a thing as practicing that enough. No one should ever rap about local traffic. The same goes for the importance of brushing your teeth, how a bill becomes a law, or the Zeroth law of thermodynamics. All bad ideas.
