    Actually, it appears the local Baltimore press picked up the story a few days ago and the officer has been suspended.

    This out-of-control policeman looks sadly familiar. My guess is that the policeman will not be disciplined. I'm afraid the public is getting so used to such poor treatment from government servants that even a jury would find excuses for the policeman's poor behavior. But his behavior is reprehensible on so many levels, and this policeman is not worthy of respect. I wonder if the family will sue the government for this assault on their son?
  • And then today, in Utah, you have the legislature proposing a new bill from Senator Chris Buttars that would hide officer misconduct.
