He'd talk unto infinity

Upholding there the rule of law
By action of his mighty jaw
No budget bills or Xmass break
For Dodd would speak and speak and speak

So finally did Harry Reid,
With aching head, at last concede.
He pushed off FISA 'til next year.
So now for Dodd we give a cheer!

Chris Dodd proved that his word he'd keep
And showed that sometimes talk ain't cheap
