		<description>Governments all over the world are looking to integrate more observation tools to investigate their citizens. All under the explication for security against terrorists. But they never explain the fact that before nearly all of the big attacks they have had enough information already to prevent it from happening. They just did not act.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;So if you ask me, I think they do not need more tools to intrude our privacy. They just need to improve the processing o the data gathered.</description>
