		<description>&lt;p&gt;Thanks for the article, I was wondering what leg Verizon hoped to stand on.  Perhaps it is an oxymoron that the FCC is attempting  deregulation through further regulation but we need a greater macro approach to the rules for better competition.  Hopefully the FCC will learn that the more players in the market will increased the competition for the spectrum.&lt;/p&gt;
