Carter Phillips (The atty for Fox) was a textbook case on how to be prepared. He was smooth and it is a joy to watch him in action. Unfortunately his overpreparedness made the FCC look like high school kids at a mock trial.

Is it just me or does the FCC seem to have entirely too much staff dedicated to non-problems like this (remember the TRIAL on whether or not Kevin Mitnick could keep his ham radio license?)
