I have no pet moral issues myself except to see justice done and freedom upheld. In fact, generally speaking you will find that I am not at all impassioned by even heinous things like child molestation and genocide because these are what I expect out of the human condition. The human condition has not been a pleasant one, American fantasies that the rest of the world is as safe and protected as middle/upper class America notwithstanding. However, we have thrown off as a society the safeguards against sexual license and then we wonder why it predictably leads to moral depravity. "American exceptionalism" is a farce.
