Any consumer savvy enough to use Google and install a little software can circument DVD copy protection, DMCA or no DMCA. But the DMCA ensures that any company who wants to develop a DVD jukebox or DVD-capable PVR and sell it at Best Buy must obtain the blessing of the MPAA membership first.&lt;/p&gt;
