You’ve clearly been following the issue more closely than me, so I’ll readily concede that I might be wrong. And the fact that Michael Powell is opposed certainly gives me pause. I wonder if every telephone consumer is as savvy as you. How many think to ask about 911 service when they order a new phone service? I’m not sure I would, if I weren’t already following this issue.
